Dr. P. Santhosh Rajan completed his MDS in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2015, followed by a one-year surgical internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Oncology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He heads the Oral and Maxillofacial Oncology Unit at Penn Nalam Hospital and Aan Nalam, Chennai.

His passion is oral cancer surgery, with a particular interest in 3D computer-based planning and in rehabilitation after surgery. At Penn Nalam and Aan Nalam, the focus is on advanced oral cancer surgery and helping patients return to an active social life after treatment. He is also a consultant oral surgeon at Orthomed Hospital, New Lifemed Hospital and Billroth Hospital, and a junior consultant at VS Hospital Kilpauk, VHS and Right Hospital.
