Your Journey to a Tobacco-Free Life
Come with the people who love you. Together, we help you recover from the psychological, financial, social and emotional pressure of addiction.
You will get screened, understand your health, and be supported through counselling and, where needed, medication, guided by our cessation experts.
Quitting also saves money. What you spend on getting well from tobacco-related disease is far more than what it costs to quit now. And your success will inspire others walking the same road.

How We Help You Quit
Quitting is easier when you are not doing it alone. We begin by understanding your tobacco use, whether it is cigarettes, beedis, gutka or chewing tobacco. Then we check your lungs, mouth and general health. We also examine your mouth for early warning signs such as white or red patches and ulcers that do not heal. From there, we build a plan that fits your daily life. There is no judgement here, and if you slip, we help you get back on track.
One-to-One Counselling
Private, judgement-free sessions with trained counsellors.
Personal Quit Plan
A plan built around your habits, triggers and daily routine.
Medication Support
Medicines to ease withdrawal and cravings, prescribed by our doctors when needed.
Coping Skills
Practical ways to handle urges, stress and social situations.
Follow-up and Family Support
Regular check-ins to keep you on track, and guidance for family members who want to help.
Health Screening
A check of your overall health and oral health, so you know where you stand.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it too late to quit if I’ve used tobacco for years?
It’s never too late. Your body begins to recover soon after you quit, and your risk of tobacco-related diseases keeps falling.
Does this centre only help people who smoke?
No. We help people who use any form of tobacco, including gutka, pan masala with tobacco, and chewing tobacco.
Will I need medicines?
Not everyone does. Some people manage with counselling alone, while others benefit from medicines. Our doctor will decide with you.
How many visits will I need?
That depends on your habit and progress. Your counsellor will plan this with you.
Can my family come with me?
Yes, please bring them. Family support makes quitting much easier.
